| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία επικεντρώνεται σε δύο από τους βασικούς πυλώνες που αφορούν το ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο. Η πρώτη προσέγγιση έχει να κάνει με τις ηλεκτρονικές συναλλαγές και η δεύτερη προσέγγιση με τους καταναλωτές. Θα δοθεί μια ανάλυση σχετικά με τις διατάξεις και τις οδηγίες που περικλείουν το ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο αλλά και πιο συγκεκριμένα τις ηλεκτρονικές συναλλαγές που αναφέρονται παρακάτω. Επίσης, η νομολογία για τους ηλεκτρονικούς καταναλωτές, τι κινδύνους αντιμετωπίζουν αλλά και ποια είναι τα δικαιώματά τους σε περίπτωση που εξαπατηθούν. Τέλος, το σύνολο της διπλωματικής εργασίας φιλοδοξεί στην κατανόηση της λογικής που υπάρχει στη βάση των ηλεκτρονικών συναλλαγών, δηλαδή γιατί οι διαδικασίες γίνονται με αυτόν τον τρόπο και όχι με κάποιον διαφορετικό αλλά και επίσης, αποσκοπεί στην ενημέρωση του συνόλου, αφού εν δυνάμει είμαστε όλοι ηλεκτρονικοί καταναλωτές. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | This thesis focuses on two of the key pillars of e-commerce. The first approach has to do with electronic transactions and the second approach has to do with consumers. There will be an analysis of the provisions and instructions that include e-commerce and more specifically the e-transactions listed below. Also, there will be analyzed the law for e-consumers, what dangers they face and what are their rights in case they are deceived. In the end, the whole thesis itself, aspires to understand the meaning behind the electronic transactions i.e., why the procedures are performed this way but also, aims to inform the public since we are all potentially e-consumers. | el |
