| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική ασχολείται με την ανάπτυξη εργαλείων για εφαρμοσμένη κρυπτογραφία σε υλικό και λογισμικό, με έμφαση στα ενσωματωμένα συστήματα (embedded systems). Συγκεκριμένα αναπτύχθηκε πρωτόκολλο επικοινωνίας υλοποιημένο σε hardware για την επικοινωνία μεταξύ 2 FPGAS (Control Board - Target Board). Στη συνέχεια οργανώθηκαν εργαστηριακές διατάξεις για επιθέσεις ασφαλείας διαρροής πληροφορίας, με χρήση του ανωτέρω πρωτοκόλλου. Τέλος διεξήχθησαν πειράματα και επιθέσεις σε hardware υλοποιήσεις αλγορίθμων κρυπτογραφίας και αναδείχθηκαν οι αδυναμίες τους. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this Thesis is engaged in the development of tools, both in hardware and software, for applied cryptography and specifically for embedded systems. In particular, a hardware protocol was developed for the communication between 2 FPGAs (Control Board { Target Board). Furthermore lab provisions were arranged for the purpose of Leakage Attacks, with the use of the above protocol. Lastly experiments and attacks, in hardware implemented cryptographic algorithms, were carried out and their possible weaknesses were exposed. | el |
