| dc.description.abstract | Η εργασία αφορά την αξιολόγηση του υπάρχοντος θεσμικού πλασίου προστασίας του καταναλωτή απο τις αθέμιτες εμπορικές πρακτικές, συνεπώς: Θα πρέπει αρχικά μα καταδειχθεί το θεσμικό πλαίσιο και να εννοιολογηθούν οι αθέμιτες εμπορικές πρακτικές με βάση τη γενική ρήτρα επίσης καθορίζεται ο προστατευτέος καταναλωτής καθώς και η προστασία των ευάλωτων καταναλώτων και να συζητηθούν οι παραπλανητικές και επιθετικές πρακτικές, επιπλέον να εξετασθεί η σχέση μεταξύ του εν λόγω θεσμικού πλαισίου και των per se αθέμιτων πρακτικών και ιδιαίτερα η παραβίαση των κώδικων συμπεριφοράς των επιχειρήσεων. | el |
