| dc.description.abstract | Αποκορύφωμα της ελεγκτικής διαδικασίας στην Ελλάδα είναι ο ετήσιος έλεγχος των ορκωτών ελεγκτών, λογιστών και ελεγκτικών εταιρειών που είναι εγγεγραμμένες στο Γενικό Μητρώο του Ν. 3693/2008 για τη σύνταξη φορολογικών πιστοποιητικών για ορισμένες κατηγορίες επιχειρήσεων. Μέχρι τώρα, αυτοί οι έλεγχοι ήταν ευθύνη των κρατικών υπηρεσιών για τον εντοπισμό παραβιάσεων φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων. Ο βασικός σκοπός αυτής της εργασίας είναι να δείξει τη νομική βάση της έκδοσης ετήσιων φορολογικών πιστοποιητικών, την ιστορική της κατεύθυνση στο πέρασμα των χρόνων και τις μελλοντικές προσδοκίες του δημόσιου ή του ιδιωτικού τομέα γενικότερα για τη βελτίωση των φορολογικών ελέγχων | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The highlight of the audit process in Greece is the annual audit of of statutory auditors, accountants and audit firms registered with the General Register of Law 3693/2008 on the drawing up of tax certificates for certain business categories. Until now, these controls were the responsibility of government agencies to detect violations of tax obligations. The main purpose of this work is to show the legal basis of issuing annual tax certificates, the its historical direction over the years and the future expectations of the public or the private sector in general to improve tax audits | |
