Abstract
Development of in vitro 2D and 3D models of chondrocyte hypertrophy by using primary human chondrocytes that follow the hypertrophic differentiation in order to mimic this significant stage of osteoarthritis, and thereafter quantification of hypertrophy by both biochemical and phenotypical approaches.
