| dc.description.abstract | Στόχος της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι να αποτυπωθεί το σύστημα διαχείρισης ποιότητας που εφαρμόζεται στην εταιρία Open Mind Group ΕΠΕ. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζονται γενικά στοιχεία που προσδιορίζουν το σύστημα διαχείρισης ποιότητας, καθώς επίσης και κάποια ιστορικά στοιχεία και γενικές αρχές σχετικά με το πρότυπο του ΕΛΟΤ ISO 9001:2008 το οποίο αποτελεί και αντικείμενο εργασίας της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η εταιρία Open Mind Group ΕΠΕ. Περιγράφεται το αντικείμενο εργασίας της, το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό της, καθώς και ορισμένα οικονομικά στοιχεία. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, αναλύεται το σύστημα διαχείρισης ποιότητας σύμφωνα με το πρότυπο ΕΛΟΤ ISO 9001:2008. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο, περιγράφονται κάποια στοιχεία από την εφαρμογή του εν λόγω συστήματος, στην εταιρία Open Mind Group ΕΠΕ. | dc.description.translatedabstract | The aim of this diploma thesis is to capture the quality management system applied in the company Open Mind Group Ltd. The first chapter presents general data that define the quality management system, as well as some historical data and general principles regarding the standard of ELOT ISO 9001: 2008 which is the subject of this diploma thesis The second chapter presents the company Open Mind Group Ltd. It describes its scope of work, its human resources, as well as some financial data. In the third chapter, the quality management system is analyzed according to the ELOT ISO 9001: 2008 standard. In the fourth chapter, some elements from the application of this system are described, in the company Open Mind Group Ltd. Finally, the necessary conclusions are drawn from the diploma thesis. | el |
