| dc.description.abstract | Στη παρούσα Πτυχιακή Εργασία, πραγματοποιήθηκε μελέτη, μέσω πληροφοριών βιβλιογραφίας και πρωτογενούς υλικού, σχετικά με τις έννοιες, τις παραδοχές και τα προβλήματα που αφορούν την άσκηση ηγεσίας στο πολιτιστικό κλάδο, με έμφαση στην ελληνική επικράτεια και πραγματικότητα. Επιχειρείται μία έρευνα η οποία αν και είναι περιορισμένης έκτασης ποσοτικά, επικεντρώνεται σε ποιοτικούς δείκτες. Πραγματοποιήθηκαν συνεντεύξεις με αρκετούς πολιτιστικούς φορείς και αρμόδιους για τη κατάθεση της δική τους άποψης πάνω στο θέμα της άσκησης ηγεσίας στο πολιτιστικό κλάδο. Λόγω διαφόρων περιορισμών ωστόσο, οι φορείς αυτοί προέρχονται κυρίως από την περιοχή της Αθήνας. Από την έρευνα προκύπτει ότι οι διάφορες απόψεις συγκλίνουν, όσον αφορά τις προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζει ο πολιτισμός γενικότερα στην Ελλάδα. Επιπλέον, παρατίθενται πιθανές λύσεις που αναμένεται να οδηγήσουν στη βελτίωση της άσκησης ηγεσίας στο πολιτιστικό κλάδο | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | In this Bachelor Thesis, a study is performed through bibliographic information and primary material the concepts and assumptions concerning the leadership in the cultural sector in the Greek territory. For the exercise of leadership in the cultural sector abroad, the literature also provided useful and highly informative material. Regarding the Greek reality, I attempted qualitative research of limited scope. I contacted, mainly from the city of Athens, several cultural managers to give their opinion on the issue of leadership in the cultural sector. The conclusion of this research is that the various views converge on the challenges facing culture in general in Greece and the possible solutions that can come from improving leadership in the cultural sector. | |
