| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί μία πρώτη προσέγγιση στη μελέτη της διατροφής της τσερούκλας (Scardinius acarnanicus) σε τρεις λίμνες της Δυτικής Ελλάδας, με αναφορά στις οικολογικές προεκτάσεις που μπορεί να έχουν τα αποτελέσματα μιας τέτοιας μελέτης και σε ενδεχόμενες διαχειριστικές προτάσεις που προκύπτουν από αυτή. Στη μοναδική εκτεταμένη μελέτη της διατροφής του είδους που έγινε από την Iliadou (1991) στις λίμνες Τριχωνίδα και Λυσιμαχία τη δεκαετία του ’70, το είδος φαίνεται να είναι αποκλειστικά φυτοφάγο και να τρέφεται με υδρόβια βλάστηση και φυτοπλαγκτό. Μετά από ενδείξεις ότι κάτι τέτοιο δεν φαίνεται να ισχύει πλέον, η παρούσα εργασία διερευνά τη διατροφή του είδους σε τρεις λίμνες της Δ. Ελλάδας (Τριχωνίδα, Αμβρακία και Οζερός) με ανάλυση στομαχικού περιεχομένου. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | This research is a first approach on the study of the dietary habits of Scardinius acarnanicus in three lakes of Western Greece, with an analysis on the ecological projections that can result from a similar research, as well as possible management suggestions that derive from this research. In the sole extended research on the diet of the species, carried out by Iliadou (1991) in the lakes Trichonis and Lysimachia during the 70’s, the species is found to be herbivorous, feeding on aquatic plants and phytoplankton. Having indications that this is no longer well – grounded, this research aims on the analysis of the diet of S. acarnanicus in three lakes of Western Greece (Trichonis, Amvrakia and Ozeros), by examining the stomach content. | el |
