| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία εξετάζει τη σημασία της εκπαίδευσης στον τουρισμό και τις προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζει αυτός ο τομέας. Μελετά την ιστορική εξέλιξη και τη σημασία του τουρισμού για την παγκόσμια οικονομία, εστιάζοντας στους διάφορους τύπους τουρισμού. Παρουσιάζει επίσης τη σημασία της εκπαίδευσης στον τομέα του τουρισμού, προσφέροντας θεωρητικά πλαίσια και προσεγγίσεις, καθώς και τα προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης και σπουδών που είναι διαθέσιμα. Παρουσιάζει τις ανάγκες και τις προκλήσεις στην εκπαίδευση του τουρισμού και τις κρίσιμες δεξιότητες που απαιτούνται για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση του τουρισμού. Τέλος, παρέχει συμπεράσματα και μελλοντικές κατευθύνσεις για τη βελτίωση της εκπαίδευσης στον τουρισμό, καθώς και προτάσεις για μελλοντικές έρευνες στον τομέα. | |
