| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διπλωματική εργασία παρουσιάζεται ο σχεδιασμός, η υλοποίηση και η αξιολόγηση Web 2.0 εφαρμογών με χρήση ευέλικτων μεθοδολογιών ανάπτυξης λογισμικού (Lean - Agile Software Development) οι οποίες έχουν σαν κύριο άξονά τους την πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση. Οι μεθοδολογίες αυτές, συνοπτικά, περικλείουν στις αρχές τους τη συνεχή και επαναληπτική ενσωμάτωση του τελικού πελάτη καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του κύκλου ζωής του λογισμικού, της διαχείρισης των διαθέσιμων πόρων με τρόπο που να αυξάνει την ικανοποίηση του τελικού πελάτη, περιορίζοντας ταυτόχρονα τις σπατάλες τόσο σε χρονικό όσο και σε οικο- νομικό επίπεδο χωρίς να γίνονται εκπτώσεις στην ποιότητα του τελικού προϊόντος. Η διαφορετικότητά τους σε σχέση με τις παραδοσιακές μεθόδους έγκειται στην ευμεταβλητότητα και την έγκαιρη και σταδιακή δια- νομή λειτουργικού λογισμικού, χαρακτηριστικά που ταιριάζουν στη φύση των web 2.0 εφαρμογών. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | This work aims to present the development of Web 2.0 applications by utilizing the principles of Lean - Agile software development methods. These methods articulate the importance of customer centricity. Lean - Agile consists of an iterative and incremental development approach, which means that during the software development more than one iterations of the development cycle may be in progress at the same time. The basic idea is to develop a software product through repeated cycles and in smaller portions, delivering working software frequently. The highest priority of course is to satisfy customers through this continuous delivery of valuable software. This way, lean agile methodology allows for customers’ input to be incorporated more often, and working with customers continually, knowledge about their needs is being improved. | el |
