dc.description.abstract	Η εργασία συστήνει τη λειτουργία του νεοσύστατου Παραρτήματος Επιστημονικής Επικοινώνησης του Συνδέσμου Ελληνικών Ακαδημαϊκών Βιβλιοθηκών (ΣΕΑΒ) και εστιάζει κυρίως στις συμφωνίες του ΣΕΑΒ με εκδοτικούς οίκους, στις οποίες έχει περιληφθεί όρος για τη δημοσίευση εργασιών σε καθεστώς Ανοικτής Πρόσβασης από μέλη του ΣΕΑΒ. Πρόκειται για όρους που περιλήφθηκαν στην ανανέωση των συμβάσεων πρόσβασης σε συνδρομητικό περιεχόμενο ηλεκτρονικών περιοδικών για την περίοδο 2019-2021 καθώς και για τη συμμετοχή του ΣΕΑΒ σε πρωτοβουλίες ή/και προγράμματα στήριξης της ανοικτής πρόσβασης. Περιγράφονται αναλυτικά οι επί μέρους όροι δημοσίευσης που ισχύουν ανά εκδότη, όπως τύπος άρθρου, είδος περιοδικού, αν ισχύει έκπτωση ή απαλλαγή στο κόστος δημοσίευσης (APC), καθώς και τα δικαιώματα χρήσης αυτών των όρων από μέλη του ΣΕΑΒ, όπως αυτά διαμορφώθηκαν κατά την υλοποίηση και εφαρμογή τους κατά το τρέχον έτος. Γίνεται μια πρώτη απόπειρα συλλογής στατιστικών δεδομένων ανά εκδότη και παρουσίασής τους σύμφωνα με κριτήρια που θα βοηθήσουν στην αξιολόγηση των συμφωνιών αλλά και σε μια πιο ρεαλιστική αποτύπωση του αριθμού και του είδους των δημοσιεύσεων ανοικτής πρόσβασης από τα μέλη του ΣΕΑΒ. Η εργασία κλείνει με καλές πρακτικές που οι βιβλιοθήκες μπορούν να μεταφέρουν στο ερευνητικό προσωπικό των Ιδρυμάτων τους.	el
dc.description.translatedabstract	The paper presents the newly established Scholarly Communication Unit of the Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link) and focuses mainly on the HEAL-Link agreements with publishers that provide terms for publishing in open access by the members of HEAL-Link. Such terms were included in the agreements for the renewal of the subscriptions to electronic journals for the period 2019-2021 along with the HEAL-Link memberships in open access initiatives and/or partnership subsidy programs. The terms that apply per publisher are described in detail, such as the article type, the journal type, whether there is a discount or a full waiver on publication costs (APC), in addition to the rights and the eligibility criteria for the members of HEAL-Link as defined by their implementation and application throughout the current year. A first attempt is also made to analyze the statistical data per publisher so as to provide information for the assessment of the agreements and for a more realistic mapping of the number and type of open access publications by the members of HEAL-Link. The paper concludes with best practices that libraries can follow so that the research staff of their institutions may take full advantage of them.	el
