| dc.description.abstract | Η συνεχής ανάπτυξη του διαδικτύου τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες έχει επιφέρει με την σειρά της καθοριστικές αλλαγές στους τρόπους επικοινωνίας, ενημέρωσης και της διεπαφής εταιρειών και πελατών. Χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα τέτοιας διεπαφής αποτελεί το πεδίο των αεροπορικών μεταφορών. Οι αεροπορικές εταιρείες επιχειρούν να προσφέρουν στοχευμένα τις υπηρεσίες τους σε όλο και μεγαλύτερο κοινό. Αυτό το ζήτημα καλούνται να επιλύσουν τα Συστήματα Συστάσεων με στόχο τον εντοπισμό προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών σύμφωνα με τις προτιμήσεις του κάθε χρήστη. Στα πλαίσια της παρούσας διπλωματικής γίνεται παρουσίαση των βασικών αρχών των Συστημάτων Συστάσεων, όπως και υβριδικών τέτοιων συστημάτων με ταυτόχρονη ανάλυση τυχόν αδυναμιών και προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν κατά την χρήση τους. Επιπροσθέτως, αναλύεται η τεχνική εξόρυξης κειμένου και οι εφαρμογές της στο πεδίο της συλλογής δεδομένων, αλλά το μέλλον της. Εκτεταμένη αναφορά γίνεται και στα μοντέλα διανυσματικού χώρου και κυρίως στον αλγόριθμο Tf-Idf ο οποίος θα βρει χρήση στην εργασία. Στη συνέχεια, περιγράφεται το σύνολο των εργαλείων και αλγορίθμων που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για την παραγωγή του υβριδικού Συστήματος Συστάσεων της εν λόγω εργασίας. Τέτοια εργαλεία είναι η βάση δεδομένων (dataset) που περιέχει βαθμολογίες χρηστών για αεροπορικές εταιρείες και οι αλγόριθμοι που έπαιξαν καθοριστικό ρόλο στην δημιουργία του προτεινόμενου μοντέλου της εργασίας. Έπειτα, περιγράφεται η προεργασία και η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήθηκε στην παραγωγή αυτού του μοντέλου. Δημιουργήθηκαν δύο Συστήματα Συστάσεων χρησιμοποιώντας δύο διαφορετικά μοντέλα ώστε να συγκριθεί τελικά η αποτελεσματικότητά τους και η ικανότητά τους ως προς τις συστάσεις που προβλέπουν. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The continuous growth of the internet over the last decades has in turn brought αbout decisive changes in the ways of communication, information and the interface between companies and customers. A typical example of such an interface is the field of air transport. Airlines are attempting to target their services to an increasingly large audience. This is an issue that Recommender Systems have to address in order to identify products and services according to the preferences of each user. In the context of this thesis, therefore, the theory of Recommendation Systems, as well as hybrid Recommender systems is analyzed, while analyzing any weaknesses and problems that arise during their use. In addition, the text mining technique and its applications in the field of data collection are analyzed, and its future is also discussed. Extensive reference is also made to vector space models and especially to the Tf-Idf algorithm which will be used in the paper. Then, the set of tools and algorithms used to produce the hybrid Recommender System of this thesis is described. Such tools are the dataset containing user ratings for airlines and the algorithms that played a key role in creating the proposed model of the paper. Then, the preliminary work and the methodology followed in the production of this model are described. Two Recommendation Systems were created using two different models in order to finally compare their effectiveness and their ability in terms of the recommendations they predict. | el |
