| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης εργασίας είναι η εξέταση του φαινομένου του αγροτουρισμού ως ένα είδος εναλλακτικού τουρισμού, το οποίο γνωρίζει σημαντική άνοδο κατά τη διάρκεια των τελευταίων χρόνων, τόσο σε εθνικό όσο και σε διεθνές επίπεδο. Η παρούσα εργασία περιλαμβάνει ένα θεωρητικό κι ένα ερευνητικό μέρος. Το θεωρητικό μέρος της εργασίας περιλαμβάνει τρία (3) κεφάλαια, ενώ το ερευνητικό μέρος αποτελείται από δύο (2) κεφάλαια. Η εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με τη διατύπωση συμπερασμάτων αναφορικά με το εξεταζόμενο ζήτημα και τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα που τίθενται. Το ερευνητικό μέρος της συγκεκριμένης εργασίας περιλαμβάνει τρία κεφάλαια και περιγράφει την κατάσταση του αγροτουρισμού στην Ελλάδα, τον τρόπο με τον οποίο εκδηλώνεται αλλά και τις μορφές με τις οποίες εκφράζεται, καθώς και το είδος επαφής που έχουν οι φιλοξενούμενοι με τον τρόπο ζωής των αγροτών και πώς αυτό επηρεάζει τις αγροτουριστικές επιχειρήσεις. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε το λογισμικό SPSS version 27 για να αναλυθούν τα δεδομένα που συλλέχθηκαν, καθώς και το google forms για τη συλλογή των δεδομένων. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να παρουσιαστεί η σημαντικότητα του αγροτουρισμού στη τοπική ανάπτυξη όπου θα αυξήσει τον οικονομικό παράγοντα και θα φέρει ανάπτυξη στο εισόδημα των πολιτών, καθώς θα παρέχει νέες θέσεις εργασίας , ανάπτυξη της κουλτούρας του τόπου. Ωθεί τα τοπικά προϊόντα και ξεχωρίζει τους παράγοντες που συνέλαβαν για την ολοκλήρωση της ανάπτυξης του αγροτουρισμού στη κοινότητα. Με την εργασία αυτή το πόρισμα είναι πως ο αγροτουρισμός εξελίχθηκε σταδιακά και περισσότερο τα τελευταία χρόνια μετά το 2000 και ποιοι είναι συνήθως οι πελάτες στον αγροτουρισμό, ποια εποχή του χρόνου επιλέγουν να ταξιδεύουν και σε τι τους ωφελεί. Κύρια συνεισφορά της εργασίας είναι να αποδειχθεί πόσο σημαντική είναι αυτή η εναλλακτική μορφή τουρισμού στον επιχειρηματικό τομέα και την εξέλιξη του ανθρώπινου είδους. | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this specific work is to examine the phenomenon of agritourism as a type of alternative tourism, which has seen a significant rise during the last years, both nationally and internationally. This work includes a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part of the present paper includes three (3) chapters, while the research part consists of two (2) chapters. The paper concludes with the formulation of conclusions regarding the examined issue and the research questions posed. The research part of this work includes three chapters and describes the state of agritourism in Greece, the way in which it manifests itself and the forms in which it is expressed, as well as the type of contact that guests have with the way of life of farmers and how this affects agritourism businesses, In more detail, the first chapter entitled "concepts and clarifications of agritourism" is divided into eight subsections. The first concerns the etymology of agritourism, in the second there are clarifications of terms similar to agritourism, in the third subsection the conceptual definition of the term is given and in the fourth the evolution of agritourism. In the fifth section the conditions for the development of agritourism are mentioned and in the sixth the factors influencing its development. In conclusion, this sub-chapter in the seventh subsection mentions the importance of agritourism in local development and in the eighth section mentions the negative effects of agritourism development. The second chapter entitled "The composition of agritourism" contains three (3) sub-sections. The first refers to the forms of tourism, the second to the agritourism products and the third to the profiles of the agritourist and the agritourism entrepreneur. In the third chapter entitled "Agritourism in Greece" an extensive reference is made to the development of agritourism in Greece from the 60s to the 90s and until today. This concerns the first section with its subsections. In the second sub-section, tourism businesses in Greece are analyzed and in the third sub-section, women's agricultural cooperatives are analyzed, their involvement in agro-tourism as well as the problems they face. In closing, the specific chapter presents the rural destinations in Greece in the fourth section. As for the empirical part, there are three chapters. The fourth chapter gives the research methodology and is divided into five sub-sections, where the object and purpose of the research, its sample, the design of the questionnaire and the data processing methods are mentioned. The fifth chapter entitled analysis and commenting on the results describes everything that resulted from the conduct of this research. Finally, with the sixth chapter, the conclusions and suggestions for further research are given. | |
