| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διδακτορική διατριβή ασχολείται με τη μελέτη και τη διερεύνηση των τρόπων με τους οποίους το ιστορικό παρελθόν, η ιστορική πορεία χωρών, επιδρά και καθορίζει τη διαμόρφωση της πολιτιστικής τους στρατηγικής και πώς μια τέτοια στρατηγική συνεισφέρει στην οικοδόμηση της διεθνούς εικόνας και ισχύος μιας χώρας. Υπό το πρίσμα αυτό, αναλύεται, ειδικότερα, η περίπτωση της Ισπανίας κατά τον 20ό αιώνα. Τα αποτελέσματα αναδεικνύουν πώς η χάραξη πολιτιστικής στρατηγικής και η ενίσχυση της πολιτιστικής διπλωματίας, μέσα και από τη γόνιμη αξιοποίηση της ιστορικής και εν γένει πολιτισμικής κληρονομιάς, αποτελούν παραμέτρους που μπορούν να διαδραματίσουν καθοριστικό ρόλο στη βελτίωση της θέσης και της εικόνας της χώρας σε ένα εξόχως ανταγωνιστικό διεθνές περιβάλλον αλλά και στο άνοιγμα νέων προοπτικών και οριζόντων σε οικονομικό, πολιτικό και κοινωνικό επίπεδο. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | This doctoral dissertation studies and investigates how the historical past, the historical course of countries, influences and determines the formation of their cultural strategy and how such a strategy contributes to the formation of a country's international image and power. Under this perspective, the case of Spain in the 20th century is analysed. Obtained results show how the formulation of a cultural strategy and the strengthening of cultural diplomacy, through the fruitful exploitation of historical and cultural heritage, are parameters that can play a decisive role in improving the country's position and image in a highly competitive international environment and in opening up new perspectives and horizons at economic, political and social level. | el |
