| dc.description.abstract | H εν λόγω εργασία επιχειρεί να μελετήσει τις κοινωνικές και συναισθηματικές δεξιοτήτων παιδιών προσχολικής ηλικίας και να διερευνήσει το πως οι συγκεκριμένες δεξιότητες συνδέονται με τις σχέσεις των παιδιών με τους εκπαιδευτικούς, σύμφωνα με τις αντιλήψεις τόσο των εκπαιδευτικών όσο και των μαθητών. Τους συμμετέχοντες της έρευνας αποτέλεσαν 216 παιδιά προσχολικής ηλικίας και 12 νηπιαγωγοί. Αρχικά, πραγματοποιήθηκε από την ερευνήτρια παρατήρηση προκειμένου να διερευνηθεί η ύπαρξη ή όχι συναισθηματικών και κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων στους μαθητές. Στη συνέχεια αντλήθηκαν οι αντιλήψεις των παιδιών και των εκπαιδευτικών, με ατομικές συνεντεύξεις και ερωτηματολόγια, για το είδος της μεταξύ τους σχέσης, προκειμένου να υπάρξει η δυνατότητα συσχέτισης μεταξύ των αντιλήψεων τους και των συναισθηματικών και κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων των παιδιών. Τα αποτελέσματα ανέδειξαν ότι οι κοινωνικές και συναισθηματικές δεξιότητες των μαθητών σχετίζονται με το είδος των σχέσεων που δημιουργούν με τους εκπαιδευτικούς τους στην καθημερινότητα του νηπιαγωγείου. Οι συναισθηματικές τους εκφράσεις και αντιδράσεις σε καταστάσεις πίεσης επηρεάζουν την ανάπτυξη σχέσεων διαφωνίας ή υποστήριξης με τους εκπαιδευτικούς τους ενώ η παραγωγική συμμετοχή τους στις δραστηριότητες της τάξης φαίνεται να μην σχετίζεται με τη δημιουργία σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης και υποστήριξης, διαφωνίας ή αυτονομίας μαζί τους. Ωστόσο η μη παραγωγική συμμετοχή τους στις δραστηριότητες της τάξης μειώνει τις σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης και υποστήριξης που αναπτύσσουν με τους εκπαιδευτικούς τους. Τέλος, η ύπαρξη προ-κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων στους μαθητές ενδέχεται να ενισχύσει τη δημιουργία σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με τους εκπαιδευτικούς τους ενώ αντίθετα οι μη προσδοκώμενες συμπεριφορές τους να τις αποδυναμώσουν αυξάνοντας παράλληλα τις σχέσεις διαφωνίας μαζί τους. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | This paper attempts to study the social and emotional skills of pre-school children and examine how the aforementioned specific skills are associated with the relationships of children with their teachers, according to the perceptions of both teachers and pupils. Survey participants were 216 pre-school children and 12 kindergarten teachers. Initially, there was an observation process on the part of the researcher so as to examine whether or not students possess emotional and social skills. Then, individual interviews were conducted and questionnaires were employed to pinpoint the perceptions of children and teachers regarding their relationship in order to allow for correlation between their perceptions and the emotional and social skills of children. The results reflect that the social and emotional skills of the students are linked with the type of relationships they establish with their teachers in kindergarten. Their emotional expressions and reactions under stressful situations affect the development of dispute or support relations with their teachers while their productive participation in class activities appears to be associated with the establishment of relations of trust and support, dissent or autonomy with them. However, the non-productive participation in class activities reduces the relationships of confidence and support with their teachers. Finally, the existence of pro-social skills in students may enhance the development of trusting relationships with their teachers while the non-expected behavior on their part could weaken them and give way to- at the same time-relationships of dissent with them. | el |
