| dc.description.abstract | Σαν αρχή θα πρέπει να κατανοήσουμε πως όπως κάθε εργασιακός χώρος, έτσι και ένα εργαστήριο, πρέπει να διέπεται από κανόνες και υποχρεώσεις από τους ανθρώπους που δραστηριοποιούνται μέσα σε αυτόν τον τόπο δουλειάς. Όλοι λοιπόν μέσα σε αυτό το περιβάλλον, είναι υποχρεωμένοι να κάνουν κτήμα τους και να εξασφαλίζουν αδιάκοπα την δική τους ασφάλεια και υγιεινή, όσο και των συναδέλφων τους, αλλά και των από πάνω και κάτω τους στην ιεραρχία, σε ένα τόπο δουλειάς. Από τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες του περασμένου αιώνα, όπου η υγιεινή και ασφάλεια στους χώρους εργασίας αποτελούσε πολυτέλεια και επαφιόταν στην συνείδηση του κάθε εργαζόμενου, φτάνουμε στην αρχή της δεκαετίας του 2010 και με τον νόμο Ν. 3850/2010, όπου μπαίνουν πλήρης κανόνες και οδηγίες σε όλους τους κρίκους ανθρώπινου δυναμικού που αποτελούν το εργασιακό περιβάλλον, όπως εργοδότες, εργαζόμενους και εκπαιδευόμενους. Με την παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία μου, γίνεται μια εκτενή αναφορά στις γενικές αρχές που πηγάζουν μέσα από το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο περί «υγιεινής και ασφάλειας» στους εργασιακούς χώρους, καθώς και στους συνήθεις παράγοντες κινδύνου για την απειλή της σωματικής και ψυχικής ακεραιότητας των εργαζομένων, αλλά και την ελαχιστοποίηση της δράσης των παραγόντων αυτών, μέσα από νομοθετήματα αλλά και από διεθνής πρακτικές. | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | As a start, we should understand that every workplace, including a laboratory, must be governed by rules and by the active people within this workplace. Therefore, everyone in this environment is obliged to make it their property and to continuously ensure their own safety and hygiene, as well as that of their colleagues, but also of those above and below them in the hierarchy, in a place of work. From the last decades of the last century, where hygiene and safety in the workplace was a luxury and was left to the conscience of every employee, we arrive at the beginning of the 2010s and with the law N. 3850/2010, where complete rules and instructions are included in all the human resource links that make up the work environment, such as employers, employees and trainees. With this thesis, an extensive reference is made to the general principles that stem from the legislative framework on "health and safety" in the workplace, as well as to the usual risk factors for the threat to the physical and mental integrity of workers, but also the minimization of the action of these factors, through legislation and international practices. | |
