| dc.description.translatedabstract | In this thesis the synthesis and the pharmacological properties of two angiotensin II analogues are reported. This study was performed in order to further evaluate the importance and the influence of the amino acid in position 1 of angiotensin II and its antagonists. The two analogues [1-Aib] and [1-(α-dipropylamide)Asp, 8-Leu]-angiotensin II, were synthesized according to the general solid phase procedure, using chloromethylated polystyrene resin, esterified with Boc-Phe and Boc-Leu by the Loffet esterification. | el |
