The deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) contains the genetic information specifying the biological development of all cellular forms of life. It has the form of the double helix and the transfer of genetic information starts with copying the macromolecule of DNA. Replication starts from specific sections, the origins, where the initiator proteins are binding. However, the information we have so far is not enough to understand in depth the biological processes. More specifically, for the initiation of replication, we do not know how the initiator proteins recognize replication sites, and if this facilitates the structure of the double helix or even the temporary denaturation of the bases due to thermal fluctuations. It is known that the macromolecule of DNA subject to such thermal denaturation leading to temporary openings. The present study investigates whether there is a correlation of thermal opening of DNA to identify the origin of replication sites. This is done by means of the model of Peyrard-Bishop-Dauxois. The organisms tested are the Escherichia coli by the family of bacteria, the Sulfolobus solfataricus P2 from the family of archaea and Saccharomyces cerevisiae from eukaryotes.el
