| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη ασχολείται με τη διαχείριση της γνώσης σε ελληνικές επιχειρήσεις εντάσεως γνώσης. Σκοπός της είναι να μελετήσει το επίπεδο της διαχείρισης γνώσης σε ένα δείγμα επιχειρήσεων έντασης γνώσης, εξετάζοντας τις επιμέρους διαστάσεις της, που είναι η απόκτηση της γνώσης, η ανταλλαγή της γνώσης και η αξιοποίηση της γνώσης. Μελετά επίσης την επίδραση της, στην απόδοση των εργαζομένων και των επιχειρήσεων. Επιπλέον, επιχειρείται ο εντοπισμός των περιοχών βελτίωσης και η διατύπωση προτάσεων για την πρακτική εφαρμογή των αποτελεσμάτων . Η παρούσα έρευνα ανήκει στην κατηγορία των ποσοτικών ερευνών. Η συλλογή των δεδομένων έγινε μέσω ερωτηματολογίων σε 11 επιχειρήσεις έντασης γνώσης εκ των οποίων οι 10 λειτουργούν στην Πάτρα και 1 στην Αθήνα και συμπληρώθηκε από 82 ερωτώμενους. Τα κυριότερα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας δείχνουν το μέτριο επίπεδο της διαχείρισης γνώσης, στο δείγμα των επιχειρήσεων που εξετάστηκαν και το ρόλο της, ως στατιστικά σημαντικού προγνωστικού παράγοντα για τη λειτουργική απόδοση και την οργανωσιακή ικανότητα των επιχειρήσεων, καθώς και για την ατομική ικανότητα των εργαζομένων. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | This study deals with the knowledge management in Greek knowledge-intensive firms. Its purpose is to study the level of knowledge management in a sample of knowledge-intensive firms by examining its individual dimensions, which are knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. It also studies its impact on individual and organizational performance. In addition, it is attempted to identify the areas of improvement and to formulate proposals for the practical implementation of the results. This research belongs to the category of quantitative researches. The collection of data was done through questionnaires in 11 knowledge intensive firms, 10 of which are in Patras and 1 in Athens and was completed by 82 respondents. The main findings of the survey show the moderate level of knowledge management, in the sample of enterprises examined and its role as a statistically significant prognostic factor for the operational performance and organizational capability of the firms, as well as for the individual capability of the employees. | el |
