| dc.description.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η παγκόσμια ηγεσία και η διαπολιτισμική νοημοσύνη, μια νέα έννοια στην βιβλιογραφία των διεθνών επιχειρήσεων που αφορά την ηγεσία σε μια διαφορετική κουλτούρα και την διαχείριση αυτής της διαδικασίας. Η διαπολιτισμική νοημοσύνη αποτελεί ένα νέο είδος ευφυΐας που ανταποκρίνεται στις σύγχρονες ανάγκες της παγκόσμιας ηγεσίας και αφορά το μέλλον της. Σε ένα σύγχρονο παγκοσμιοποιημένο περιβάλλον εργασίας, ο ηγέτης καλείται να ακολουθήσει την αποστολή του σε άγνωστες για τον ίδιο κουλτούρες. Προσπαθήσαμε να δείξουμε ότι η εξάσκηση στην διαπολιτισμική νοημοσύνη αλλάζει τους φακούς μέσα από τους οποίους ο παγκόσμιος ηγέτης αντιλαμβάνεται τον εαυτό του, επιταχύνει την διαδικασία προσαρμογής του σε μια νέα κουλτούρα, τον κάνει να ξεχωρίζει στον τρόπο ηγεσίας των διεθνών ομάδων εργασίας των οποίων ηγείται και κατ’ επέκταση επηρεάζει την εργασιακή ικανοποίηση και την απόδοσή του. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The subject of this dissertation is global leadership and intercultural intelligence, a new concept in the international business literature related to global leadership in a different culture and the management of this procedure. Intercultural intelligence is a new kind of genius that meets the modern needs of global leadership and concerns its future. In the globalized work environment of the latter day, the global leader is called upon to follow his mission in brand new cultures across the globe that may be alien for him. We have tried to show that the practice of cultural intelligence changes the lenses through which the global leader perceives himself, accelerates his adaptation into the new culture, turns the leader into a stand-out on the leadership of the international working groups and consequently, intercultural intelligence affects the leader’s job satisfaction and performance. | el |
