| dc.description.abstract | Οι δυσχρωμίες κυρίως στην περιοχή του προσώπου προκαλούν συχνά εμφανισιακό πρόβλημα στον άνθρωπο. Τις περισσότερες των περιπτώσεων επιδρούν αρνητικά τόσο σε ψυχολογικό όσο και σε κοινωνικό επίπεδο. Στην παρούσα εργασία, αρχικά, αναφέρεται το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο πίσω από το αποτέλεσμα εμφάνισης των δυσχρωμιών του δέρματος. Ξεκινώντας από τη φυσιολογία και τη δομή του δέρματος, εξηγείται ο τρόπος λειτουργίας αυτού και των κυττάρων από τα οποία αποτελείται. Στη συνέχεια, αναλύονται λεπτομερώς οι διαδικασίες που συντελούν στη χρώση του δέρματος αλλά και στις παθήσεις και μελανοχρωματικές διαταραχές αυτού. Επιπλέον, επεξηγείται ο μηχανισμός για την λευκαντική δράση των ουσιών που χρησιμοποιούνται σε θεραπείες με σκευάσματα τοπικής χρήσης. Στη συνέχεια, στο πειραματικό μέρος της εργασίας, έχοντας βασισθεί στην πρόσφατη βιβλιογραφία που αφορά το τρανεξαμικό οξύ ως μια νέα τυπική θεραπεία για τη θεραπεία του μελάσματος, επικεντρώνεται το ενδιαφέρον κυρίως στην παρασκευή σκευασμάτων τοπικής χρήσης με συνδυασμό τρανεξαμικού οξέος και διαφόρων συστατικών με λευκαντική δράση. Αναλύεται ο τρόπος παρασκευής, η επιλογή των συστατικών που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν, τα προβλήματα που προέκυψαν αλλά και ο τρόπος αντιμετώπισής τους. Τα καλλυντικά που αναπτύσσονται είναι: • Υδατικός Ορός τοπικής εφαρμογής, serum • Λευκαντική κρέμα με δείκτη προστασίας SPF30 • Λευκαντική κρέμα με δείκτη προστασίας SPF50+ • Έγχρωμη κρέμα με λευκαντικά δραστικά και δείκτη προστασίας SPF30 • Έγχρωμη κρέμα με λευκαντικά δραστικά και δείκτη προστασίας SPF50+ | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | Discolorations, mainly in the facial area, often cause an appearance problem in humans. In most cases, they have a negative effect on both the psychological and social level. In the present work, initially, the theoretical background behind the appearance of skin discolorations is mentioned. Starting from the physiology and structure of the skin, the way it functions and the cells it is composed of is explained. Then, the processes that contribute to the pigmentation of the skin as well as its diseases and melanochromatic disorders are analyzed in detail. In addition, the mechanism for the bleaching effect of the substances used in treatments with topical preparations is explained. Then, in the experimental part of the work, having been based on the recent literature concerning tranexamic acid as a new standard treatment for the treatment of melasma, the interest is mainly focused on the preparation of topical preparations with a combination of tranexamic acid and various ingredients with whitening action. The method of preparation, the selection of the ingredients used, the problems that arose and how to deal with them are analyzed.
