| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως κεντρικό θεματικό άξονα το δίκαιο της ηλεκτρονικής διακυβέρνησης και την Βίβλο του Ψηφιακού Μετασχηματισμού της Ελληνικής δημόσιας διοίκησης για τα έτη 2020-2025. Η έρευνα περί του θέματος συντελείται με την μέθοδο της βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης. Τα πρώτο μέρος της έρευνας είναι αφορά την ηλεκτρονική διακυβέρνηση και τις σχέσεις της με το νόμο και το δίκαιο, ενώ το δεύτερο μέρος εξετάζει την υφιστάμενη ψηφιακή ωριμότητα της χώρας και στην συνέχεια παρατίθενται οι μετασχηματισμοί που θα υλοποιηθούν έτσι όπως ορίζονται από την Βίβλο του Ψηφιακού Μετασχηματισμού. | |
