Abstract
The work environment consists of all the factors that determine health and safety conditions and especially those that may involve potential risks for undesirable effects on the health and safety of workers. From this point of view, health and safety in the working environment are addressed together and in cooperation with the health of workers at work. The purpose of this degree study is to analyze the risks arising from work and their effect on health and safety, the provision of appropriate information for dealing with them and for the implementation of the current legislation on health and safety at work, as well as to investigate the factors that affect the health and safety conditions of the employees' workplace. Finally, the health and safety conditions in a real workplace of employees will be examined and what risks and health problems may be faced by the workers of these workplaces, so that an attempt will be made to investigate the factors that affect the health and safety conditions of the workers' workplace, the risks arising from the work and their effect on health and safety.
