Liquid Democracy comprise the middle ground between direct and representative democracy, as it allows to voters to either vote directly on an issue or elect a temporary representative by delegating his voting rights to another him. Following the work of Becker, D’ Angelo, Delfaraz and Gilbert [2], this paper focuses on liquid democracy systems with centralized heuristic methods, which are analyzed not only in real-world delegation networks, but also in random networks . The WattsStrogatz microcosm model [30] is used for microcosm networks, while the Erdos-Renyi model [12] is used for random networks. Experiments are performed on these network models based on each network’s connectivity probabilities and voter expertise rates. This provides more information on voter assignment behaviors and how they relate to their perceptions of their neighbors’ level of expertise. In addition, an optimization is suggested on the issue of delegating in order to increase the probability of choosing the right decision.el
