| dc.description.abstract | Η απονομή δικαιοσύνης είναι από την αρχαιότητα κρατική λειτουργία με μεγάλη αξία, η οποία οφείλει να είναι παρούσα και να ενεργεί υπό οποιεσδήποτε συνθήκες. Άλλωστε, σύμφωνα με τον αρχαίο Έλληνα τραγικό ποιητή Ευρυπίδη (480 π.Χ.-406 π.Χ.) «Αλλ’ η Δίκη γαρ και κατά σκότον βλέπει», δηλαδή η δικαιοσύνη βλέπει και στο σκοτάδι. Όμως, είναι ταυτόχρονα και μηχανισμός που μεταβάλλεται αργά. Και βλέποντας το σύγχρονο, απαιτητικό και συνεχώς εξελισσόμενο κοινωνικό περιβάλλον, γεννάται το ερώτημα κατά πόσον μπορούν οι μηχανισμοί απονομής δικαιοσύνης να προσαρμοστούν στο σήμερα, ώστε αφενός μεν να αποκτήσουν μεγαλύτερη ταχύτητα ανταπόκρισης, αφετέρου δε να καταστούν περισσότερο φιλικοί απέναντι στους πολίτες. Έτσι, εστιάζοντας σε ένα συγκεκριμένο τμήμα του μηχανισμού απονομής ποινικής δικαιοσύνης, που είναι η προανάκριση, η παρούσα εργασία αναζητά τα διαθέσιμα εργαλεία και τις διαθέσιμες υποδομές και καταλήγει σε μια υλοποιήσιμη πρόταση για μια νέου τύπου ψηφιακή και εξ’ αποστάσεως προανάκριση. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | Since antiquity, the service of justice has been a state function of high value which ought to be present and serve under any circumstances. According to the ancient Greek tragedian Euripides (480 B.C.-406 B.C.) «Justice can also see in the darkness». However, it is a mechanism that transforms slowly. The modern demanding and evolving social environment, raises the question of whether the mechanisms of justice can be adjusted to the present day needs in order to respond faster and become friendlier to the citizens. So, by focusing on a specific part of the criminal justice-serving mechanism, which is preliminary investigation, this study seeks the available tools and systems and makes a proposal which can be implemented for a new type of digital and remote preliminary investigation. | el |
