dc.description.abstract	Σε αυτή τη διπλωματική εργασία έγινε μια προσπάθεια καταγραφής του φαινομενου της διαδικτυακής κατά απαίτηση εργασίας η οποία ρυθμίζεται από ψηφιακές πλατφόρμες. Έγινε καταγραφή των δεδομένων και αξιολόγηση των ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών χαρακτηριστικών όλων των εμπλεκόμενων πλευρών του φαινομένου. Ο εργαζόμενος ως freelancer ή ως microworker, οι επιχειρήσεις που αναθέτουν εργασίες σε αυτούς και οι ψηφιακές πλατφόρμες εργασίας που εποπτεύουν την όλη αυτή συναλλαγή, παρουσιάστηκαν με σημείο αναφοράς την σχετική βιβλιογραφία και τα δημοσιευμένα στοιχεία που υπάρχουν. Στη βάση αυτά επιχειρήθηκε να σκιαγραφήσουμε ένα πρόσφατο και αναδυόμενο ερευνητικά θέμα για την εγχώρια έρευνα. Στόχος της παρούσης εργασίας τα συμπεράσματα να σταθούν έναυσμα για περαιτέρω έρευνα όσον αφορά τα ποιοτικά και ποσοτικά δεδομένα που αντιστοιχούν στην ελληνική πραγματικότητα, καθώς και για προτάσεις υλοποίησης ενός ρυθμιστικού πλαισίου για την λειτουργία αυτών των πλατφόρμων η οποία θα αναμορφώσει τις ομιχλώδεις εργασιακές σχέσεις που τις διέπουν.	el
dc.description.translatedabstract	In this thesis there was an attempt to document the phenomenon of online, on demand work regulated by digital platforms. There was a chronicle of the data gathered and an evaluation of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of all the involved parties. The freelancers or microworkers, the enterprises outsourcing work to them and the digital platforms regulating these transactions were peresented through the relevant bibliography and the data published. On that basis there was an attempt to map a recent and emerging research subject. The aim of this thesis is that the conclusions will assist further research on the characteristics of the online domestic work patterns, as well as to assist the formation of a regulatory framework for the digital working platforms, reshaping the foggy working relations which currently prevail.	el
