| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αναφέρεται στην αξιολόγηση αποδοτικότητας των επιχειρήσεων παροχής υπηρεσιών στην Ευρωπαϊκή ένωση. Αρχικά, περιγράφεται, βάσει βιβλιογραφικής μελέτης, η αποδοτικότητα και οι μέθοδοι για τη μέτρηση αυτής. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η μελέτη των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων καθώς και τα χαρακτηριστικά τους. Καθώς και τα δυνατά και αδύναμα σημεία των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων αλλά και τι ρόλο διαδραματίζουν στην οικονομία. Για το σκοπό αυτό στο ερευνητικό μέρος αναλύονται με τη μέθοδο DEA 1055 επιχειρήσεις εντός 36 χωρών. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν πως η απόδοση των επιχειρήσεων στην ευρωπαϊκή ένωση είναι μικρότερη από την αποδοτικότητα των επιχειρήσεων εκτός ευρωπαϊκής ένωσης. Η αποδοτικότητα των επιχειρήσεων στην ευρωζώνη είναι μεγαλύτερη από την αποδοτικότητα των επιχειρήσεων εκτός ευρωζώνης. Η αποδοτικότητα των επιχειρήσεων στις μικρές πόλεις μεγαλύτερη από την αποδοτικότητα των επιχειρήσεων στις μεγάλες πόλεις. Επίσης έχει διατυπωθεί η αποδοτικότητα κάθε επιχείρησης. | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | This paper refers to the efficiency evaluation of service companies in the European Union. First, efficiency and the methods for its measurement are described, based on a bibliographic study. The purpose of the work is the study of small and medium enterprises as well as their characteristics. As well as the strengths and weaknesses of small and medium enterprises and what role they play in the economy. For this purpose, in the research part, 1055 companies in 36 countries are analyzed with the DEA method. The results showed that the performance of companies in the European Union is lower than the efficiency of companies outside the European Union. The profitability of companies in the eurozone is higher than the profitability of companies outside the eurozone. Business efficiency in small towns greater than business efficiency in big cities. The efficiency of each business has also been formulated. | |
