| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία μελετήσαμε την γενετική ποικιλότητα πληθυσμών του Helleborus odorus Waldst. Kit. subsp. cyclophyllus (A.Braun) Maire & Petitm στην Ελλάδα. Καταλήξαμε ότι ο πληθυσμός από το Βελούχι εμφάνισε τον μεγαλύτερο βαθμό ποικιλότητας και θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει ένα κέντρο ποικιλότητας για το taxon, ενώ ο Όλυμπος εμφάνισε το μικρότερο επίπεδο γενετικής ποικιλότητας. Επιπλέον η διαπληθυσμιακή ποικιλότητα αποτελεί μόλις το 29% της συνολικής, ενώ οι ενδοπληθυσμιακή το 71%. Το γεγονός αυτό υποδεικνύει την επικοινωνία των πληθυσμών μεταξύ τους, με μια πιθανή εξαίρεση ορισμένων εκ των πληθυσμών. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The aim of this study is to evaluate the genetic diversity of Helleborus odorus Waldst. Kit. subsp. cyclophyllus (A.Braun) Maire & Petitm population in Greece. In conclusion, the population collected from Velouhi showed the highest level of diversity and could be a center of diversity for the taxon, while the population from Olympos had the lowest degree of genetic diversity. Additionally, the diversity among the studied population is only 29% of the total, whereas within population is 71%. This indicates the communication of the populations to each other, with a possible exception of some of the populations. | el |
