| dc.description.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Η νόσος του Αλτσχάιμερ είναι μια από τις ασθένειες που επηρεάζουν περισσότερο τους ηλικιωμένους. Yπάρχει ισχυρή συσχέτιση με την πρόοδο της ηλικίας/γήρανσης και την εμφάνιση της νόσου κυρίως με την εμφάνιση άνοιας. Σκοπός: σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη και η ανάλυση της νόσου Αλτσχάιμερ καθώς επίσης και η ανάλυση των νοσηλευτικών παρεμβάσεων. Μεθοδολογία: Αναζητήθηκαν πρωτότυπα ερευνητικά άρθρα στην αγγλική γλώσσα που αναλύουν τη νόσο Αλτσχάιμερ μέσω των βάσεων δεδομένων PubMed και Google Scholar. Συμπεράσματα: Οι νοσηλευτές έχουν καθοριστικό ρόλο για τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας της περίθαλψης καθώς είναι αυτοί που έχουν την περισσότερη επαφή και χρόνο με τους ασθενείς. Η απόκτηση υψηλού επιπέδου γνώσεων και θετικών στάσεων θα αναβαθμίσει τη νοσηλευτική ηθική, ιδιαίτερα τη συμπόνια, τη γνωστική και συναισθηματική ενσυναίσθηση για τους ασθενείς με ΝΑ, με αποτέλεσμα την προαγωγή της ποιότητας της περίθαλψης. | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | Introduction: Alzheimer's disease is one of the diseases that most affects the elderly. There is a strong correlation with advancing age/senescence and the onset of disease mainly with the onset of dementia. Purpose: the purpose of this work is the study and analysis of Alzheimer's disease as well as the analysis of nursing interventions. Methodology: Original English-language research articles analyzing Alzheimer's disease were searched through the PubMed and Google Scholar databases. Conclusions: Nurses have a key role in improving the quality of care as they are the ones who have the most contact and time with patients. Acquiring a high level of knowledge and positive attitudes will enhance nursing ethics, especially compassion, cognitive and emotional empathy for patients with AD, thereby promoting the quality of care. | |
