| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας ήταν η εξέταση της έννοιας της σχολικής ηγεσίας και η συσχέτισή της με τη συζήτηση για αυτή στο περιοδικό EMAL κατά την περίοδο 2000-2019. Για την υλοποίηση αυτού του σκοπού, κρίθηκε σκόπιμη, αφενός, η αναδίφηση στην ελληνική και διεθνή βιβλιογραφία και, αφετέρου, η διεξαγωγή εμπειρικής έρευνας. Η θεωρητική προσέγγιση βασίστηκε στη σύνθεση βιβλιογραφικών δεδομένων για την ηγεσία στη σχολική εκπαίδευση σύμφωνα με την εμπειρική μεθοδολογία του Peter Earley και σε συνάρτηση με την εξέταση των τεκμηρίων της εικοσαετίας στο περιοδικό αξιοποιήθηκε η ποιοτική ανάλυση περιεχομένου, βάσει της μελέτης και της επαναληψιμότητας αυτών των ερευνητικών δεδομένων, ώστε να απαντηθούν καίρια ερευνητικά ερωτήματα. Τουτέστιν, ποια είναι τα χαρακτηριστικά και η συμπεριφορά της σχολικής ηγεσίας που αναδεικνύονται μέσα από την αρθρογραφία του EMAL στην εικοσαετία, καθώς και ποια είναι η συγκριτική ανάλυση των κυρίων συνιστωσών της σχολικής ηγεσίας κατά την τελευταία δεκαετία και ποιες οι συγκλίσεις ή/και αποκλίσεις τους με τον αντίστοιχο διεθνή λόγο. Με κριτήριο τον διεθνή λόγο, από την ποιοτική έρευνα διαπιστώθηκε ότι ο σχολικός ηγέτης αναδείχθηκε σύμβουλος και μέντορας των παιδιών, κερδίζοντας την εμπιστοσύνη και διαμορφώνοντας την κατάλληλη παιδεία με σκοπό την καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής σε μια κοινωνία ευημερίας, εντός ενός ομαδικού και συνεργατικού περιβάλλοντος με φορείς του κράτους, εκπαιδευτικούς και γονείς. Τα σημεία σύγκλισης έδειξαν σε ποιο βαθμό συμπορεύτηκαν τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας με τις διεθνείς τάσεις, ώστε το σχολείο να αποτελέσει ένα πολιτιστικό και κοινωνικό θεσμό σε μια σύγχρονη κοινωνία. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of the present dissertation was to examine the concept of school leadership and its correlation with the EMAL journal discussions between 2000-2019. For the realization of this aim, it was deemed purposeful so as to, re-emerge into Greek and international literature while also conducting empirical research. The theoretical approach was based on the synthesis of leadership in school education bibliographic data according to the empirical methodology of Peter Earley and its connection with the examination of the evidence during the twenty-year period in the journal. In order to answer key research questions, the qualitative content analysis based on the study and repeatability of this research data was utilized. In particular, which characteristics and behavior of school leadership emerged through the EMAL articles throughout the twenty-year period, what the comparative analysis of the main components of school leadership over the last decade is, and what their convergences and/or divergences with the corresponding international discourse are. Based on international discourse, from the qualitative research, it was shown that the school leader, within a team and collaborative environment with state agencies, teachers and parents, has become a coach and a mentor for children by gaining the trust and shaping the appropriate education for a better quality of life in a prosperous society. The points of convergence indicated the extent to which the results of the research coincided with international trends, so that the school could be a cultural and social institution in a modern society. | el |
