| dc.description.abstract | Η διατριβή περιγράφει το φαινόμενο της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης μεταξύ των διευθυντών σχολείων της Διεύθυνσης Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης Χανίων. Αυτή η εργασία θα αναλύσει το ρόλο της σχολικής ηγεσίας στις αιτίες και τις συνέπειες της εξουθένωσης, της πρόληψής της και των στρατηγικών ανταπόκρισης που υιοθετούνται στον τομέα της εκπαίδευσης. Πρώτον, αναφέρεται στον ορισμό και τις θεωρίες της εξουθένωσης. Στη συνέχεια ασχολείται με μελέτη της εξουθένωσης στην εκπαίδευση, τους παράγοντες που την καθορίζουν και τις συνέπειές της τόσο για τα άτομα όσο και τα σχολεία. Τέλος, ασχολείται με το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης και παρουσιάζει ερευνητικά δεδομένα σχετικά με συγκεκριμένο φαινόμενο, σε σύνδεση με τους διευθυντές των σχολείων. Η μεθοδολογική εστίαση της εργασίας είναι να παρουσιάσει στους ηγέτες των σχολείων ποσοτικά και ποιοτικά δεδομένα, παρέχοντας συστάσεις για την υποστήριξή τους και την προώθηση της ευημερίας τους. | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The thesis describes the phenomenon of burnout among school directors of the Directorate of Secondary Education of Chania. This paper will analyze the role of school leadership in the causes and consequences of burnout, its prevention, and the response strategies adopted in the field of Education. First, it refers to the definition and theories of burnout. He then engages in a study of burnout in education, the factors that determine it, and its consequences for both individuals and schools. Finally, it deals with the theoretical framework of burnout and presents research data on a specific phenomenon, in connection with school principals. The methodological focus of the work is to present school leaders with quantitative and qualitative data, providing recommendations to support them and promote their well-being. | |
