dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα διπλωματική έχει ως σκοπό να μελετήσει την συμπεριφορά των γραμμών διανομής όταν αντιμετωπίζουν κεραυνικά πλήγματα. Οι κεραυνοί προκαλούν στις γραμμές απλές υπερτάσεις ή ακόμα και καταστροφή των μονώσεων του εξοπλισμού. Γίνεται θεωρητικός υπολογισμός των σφαλμάτων που αναμένουμε σε μια γραμμή από άμεσα και έμμεσα κεραυνικά πλήγματα. Στόχος της εργασίας είναι να συγκρίνουμε τα πραγματικά σφάλματα, που μας έδωσε ο Διαχειριστής Ελληνικού Δικτύου Διανομής Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας ( ΔΕΔΔΗΕ ), με τα θεωρητικά ώστε να βελτιωθεί η συμπεριφορά των γραμμών στα πλήγματα των κεραυνών. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια ιστορική αναδρομή των συστημάτων ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας και κάποιες βασικές λειτουργίες αυτών. Επίσης, αναλύεται το φαινόμενο του κεραυνού. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται ο οδηγός της IEEE για την βελτίωση των εναέριων γραμμών διανομής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας έναντι κεραυνών. Βάσει αυτής της οδηγίας γίνεται ο θεωρητικός υπολογισμός των βλαβών από κεραυνικά πλήγματα. Ο σκοπός αυτής της οδηγίας είναι να παρουσιάσει λύσεις για να μειωθούν τα βραχυκυκλώματα που προκαλούνται από κεραυνό στις εναέριες γραμμές διανομής. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται ο θεωρητικός και πραγματικός υπολογισμός των σφαλμάτων από κεραυνό σε κάθε μια γραμμή ξεχωριστά. Εξετάζουμε τέσσερις γραμμές, την R-Α, R-Β, R-Γ και R-Δ, που εκτείνονται στην περιοχή των νομών Φθιώτιδας και Ευρυτανίας. Επιπλέον, γίνεται σύγκριση των θεωρητικών και των πραγματικών τιμών. Στο τέταρτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται κάποιες προσεγγίσεις που κάναμε για τον υπολογισμό των τιμών. Στο τέλος αναφέρουμε τα συμπεράσματα που βγαίνουν από τις διάφορες συγκρίσεις που έγιναν.	el
dc.description.translatedabstract	This diploma thesis aims to study the behavior of distribution lines when they face lighting strikes. The lightning strikes cause overvoltages or even destruction of the insulation of the equipment. We make a theoretical calculation of the errors we expect in a line of direct and indirect lightning strikes. The aim of this thesis is to compare the actual errors that the Hellenic Power Distribution Network Operator gave us with the theoretical results to improve the behavior of the lines in lightning strikes. In the first chapter there is a historical overview of the electrical energy systems and some basic functions of these. It also analyzes the phenomenon of lightning. The second chapter introduces the ΙEEE Guide for Improving the Lightning Performance of Electric Power Overhead Distribution Lines. Under this directive the theoretical calculation of lightning strikes is done. The purpose of this directive is to provide solutions to reduce short-circuits caused by lightning in overhead distribution lines. The third chapter is the theoretical and actual calculation of lightning errors in each line individually. We examine four lines R-Α, R-Β, R-Γ and R-Δ which extend to the area of the prefectures of Fthiotida and Eyrytania. In addition, the theoretical and actual values are compared. In the fourth and final chapter we present some of the approaches we made to calculate the prices. Finally, we report the conclusions drawn from the various comparisons made.	el
