The present thesis focuses on examining the security of the pharmaceutical supply chain using Blockchain techniques. In today’s era, supply chains rely on technologies with vul- nerabilities that hinder their purpose, and there is a lack of transparency in product trans- portation. Ensuring the integrity and efficiency of global pharmaceutical supply chains is now of vital importance, as it involves a product of great significance to humanity. There- fore, this thesis attempts to highlight ways in which pharmacies can efficiently manage the export-import systems of pharmaceuticals through an emerging technology today, Block- chain, specifically Hyper ledger Fabric. Using cutting-edge technologies, a decentralized application (dApp) has been developed to achieve traceability of products throughout the supply chain and to also monitor whether there is adequate product demand coverage (overstocking) or not (understocking).
