| dc.description.abstract | Στόχος της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας με τίτλο «Το Δημόσιο και Ιδιωτικό Χρέος στην Ελληνική Οικονομία τα τελευταία 40 χρόνια» είναι, αφενός η περιγραφή και παρουσίαση του δημοσίου χρέους στην Ελλάδα από το 1980 μέχρι το 2020 με ό,τι αυτό εμπεριέχει και αφετέρου την περιγραφή και παρουσίαση του ιδιωτικού χρέους στην χώρα μας. Για την ξεκάθαρη και κατανοητή παρουσίαση των πληροφοριών, η εργασία απαρτίζεται από έξι κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας γίνεται αναφορά στην ιστορική επισκόπηση του δημόσιου χρέους εστιάζοντας στην Ελληνική Οικονομία από το 1980 μέχρι το 2020. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζεται η έννοια του δημόσιου χρέους, οι διακρίσεις και οι τρόποι διαμόρφωσης και μέτρησής του. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, γίνεται λόγος για τον ορισμό και τα χαρακτηριστικά του δημοσιονομικού ελλείμματος, την εξέλιξή του στη χώρα μας και τις διακρίσεις του. Το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο εστιάζει στο πρόβλημα του δημόσιου χρέους στην Ελλάδα και κατ’ επέκταση στο μέγεθος και στα αίτια δημιουργίας του προβλήματος. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο, παρατίθενται η έννοια του ιδιωτικού χρέους και η ιστορική επισκόπησή του. Στο έκτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας, μελετιούνται οι κατηγορίες χρεών στη χώρα μας από τις οποίες συντίθεται το ιδιωτικό χρέος. | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The aim of this dissertation is, on the one hand, the description and presentation of public debt in Greece from 1980 to 2020, with all that includes, and, on the other hand, the description and presentation of private debt in our country. For a clear and understandable presentation of the information, the project consists of six chapters. The first chapter of the paper refers to the historical overview of public debt focusing on the Greek economy from 1980 to 2020. The second chapter presents the concept of public debt, the distinctions and the ways of its formation and measurement. The third chapter refers to the definition and characteristics of the budget deficit, its development in our country and its distinctions. The fourth chapter focuses on the problem of public debt in Greece and by extension on its severity and its causes. The fifth chapter presents the definition of private debt and its historical overview. In the sixth and last chapter of this dissertation, the categories of debt in our country are studied, from which the private debt consists of. | |
