| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να μελετήσει το φαινόμενο της ανεργίας στην επικράτεια την περιφέρεια και στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Αγρινίου η οποία παρουσιάζει αρκετές ιδιαιτερότητες (αγροτική περιοχή, χωρίς τουρισμό, με δυσκο-λία πρόσβασης, κλπ.).. Να συγκρίνει διάφορες κατηγορίες απλών ανέργων, και ειδικότερα κατηγορίες της επιδοτούμενης ανεργίας. και να εστιάσει στην επιδοτού-μενη ανεργία της ευρύτερης περιοχής του Αγρινίου Η μέθοδος που ακολουθείται είναι η άντληση στοιχείων με την βοήθεια του ΟΠΣ του ΟΑΕΔ και της ΕΣΥΕ. Στην συνέχεια τα στοιχεία ομαδοποιούνται και συγκεντρώνονται σε πίνακες ως προς το φύλο, τη διάρκεια ανεργίας, την εποχικότητα κλπ. Με τη βοήθεια του στατιστικού εργαλείου SPSS αναλύονται και γίνεται εύρεση βασικών μέτρων θέσης, διασποράς συμμετρίας και κυρτότητας. Έπειτα, γίνεται έλεγχος υποθέσεων σε διάφορες κατηγορίες ανέργων με επιστημονικές μεθόδους που παρέχει το SPSS. Υπάρχουν τέσσερις κύριες κατηγορίες ερωτημάτων που εξετάζονται: 1.Αν υπάρχουν στατιστικά σημαντικές διαφορές στο επίπεδο της ανεργίας ανάμεσα στην επικράτεια, την περιφέρεια και την ευρύτερη περιοχή του Αγρινίου (σε 4 κατηγορίες απλών εγγεγραμμένων ανέργων) 2.Αν υπάρχουν στατιστικά σημαντικές διαφορές στο επίπεδο της επιδοτούμενης ανεργίας ανάμεσα στην επικράτεια, την περιφέρεια και την ευρύτερη περιοχή του Αγρινίου (σε 3 κατηγορίες επιδοτουμένων ανέργων) 3.Αν υπάρχουν στατιστικά σημαντικές διαφορές στο επίπεδο επιδοτούμενης α-νεργίας στην περιοχή του Αγρινίου (σε 5 κατηγορίες ανέργων) 4.Αν υπάρχει στατιστικά σημαντική αλληλοεπίδραση ανάμεσα στην εποχικότητα (κοινός-εποχικός) και το φύλο (άνδρας- γυναίκα) στους επιδοτούμενους ανέργους του Αγρινίου. Τα αποτελέσματα παρουσιάζονται, αναλύονται, ερμηνεύονται και αξιολογούνται ενώ παράλληλα προτείνονται λύσεις που αφορούν γενικά τη μάστιγα της ανεργίας και ειδικότερα την ευρύτερη περιοχή του Αγρινίου. Η πρωτοτυπία της παρούσης βρίσκεται στο ότι μελετάει την επιδοτούμενη ανεργία, εξετάζει τον κύκλο της ( αυ-ξομειώσεις στις εποχές ενός έτους και την εξέλιξη στα έτη) και καταλήγει σε πρω-τοεμφανιζόμενα αποτελέσματα Τέλος δίνει το έναυσμα για μελλοντικές μελέτες. Οι περιορισμοί αφορούν την αδήλωτη (μαύρη) εργασία ή την εγγραφή στις καταστά-σεις του ΟΑΕΔ για τα κοινωνικά επιδόματα. Η σύγκριση της ανεργίας αφορά ένα σχετικά μικρό διάστημα 8 ετών (2009-2017) και της επιδοτούμενης 12 μή-νες(Απρίλιος 2017 με Μάρτιο 2018). | dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this project is to study the phenomenon of unemployment within the territory, the region and in the wider area of Agrinio, which presents several particularities (an agricultural area, no tourism, difficult access etc), to compare different categories of regular unemployed persons - and in particular categories of persons receiving subsidized unemployment with the purpose of focusing on subsidized unemployment in the wider region of Agrinio. The method that is followed is a process of deriving information obtained with the help of the Integrated Information System of the MEO (Manpower Employment Organization) and the Hellenic Statistical Authority. This information is then grouped together and compiled in tables in regard to gender, the duration of unemployment, seasonality etc. With the help of the SPSS statistical analysis software, basic measures of position as well as symmetry and convexity dispersion are found and analyzed. Following this, an inspection of cases in various categories of unemployed persons takes place using scientific methods provided by SPSS. There are four main categories of questions examined: 1. If there are statistically significant differences in the level of unemployment within the territory, the region and the wider area of Agrinio (in 4 categories of regular unemployed persons). 2. If there are statistically significant differences in the level of subsidized unem-ployment within the territory, the region and the wider area of Agrinio (in 3 catego-ries of subsidized unemployed persons). 3. If there are statistically significant differences in the level of subsidized unem-ployment in the region of Agrinio (in 5 categories of unemployed persons). 4. If there is a statistically significant interaction between seasonality (common-seasonal) and gender (male - female) in the subsidized unemployed persons of Agrinio. The results are presented, analyzed, interpreted and evaluated while at the same time overall solutions that generally relate to the plague of unemployment and particularly the region of Agrinio are proposed. The originality of the present project lies in the fact that it studies subsidized unemployment, examines the cycle (variations in the one-year seasons and the development over the years) - leading to a new onset of emerging results. Finally, this project encourages future studies. Restrictions concern undeclared (black) employment or enrollment in the MEO (Manpower Employment Organiza-tion) for receiving social benefits. The comparison of unemployment refers to a relatively short time span of 8 years (2009 - 2017) and for subsidized unemploy-ment, the time span is 12 months (April 2017-March 2018) and, finally, there is an objective difficulty to calculate unemployment figures due to the ambiguity of defining the limits separating unemployment and employment. | el |
