The present research study seeks to explore attitudes towards e-banking during the pandemic. The study investigated the degree of consumer use in the specific conditions of the pandemic, highlighting the problems and the advantages of electronic banking. In the framework of the research, questionnaires were collected and then they were processed and the data were analyzed with the respective conclusions. The analysis of the questionnaire data showed that the largest percentage of consumers stated that they increased the use of e-banking during the pandemic compared to the use before it. They believe that the increase in the use of e-banking, although real, was not as noticeable as the percentage increasing from 12.6% (Too much) before the pandemic to 22.9% during the pandemic. The results can be used in future research utilizing the data collected and analyzed.el
