| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία προσφέρει μια εμπεριστατωμένη ανάλυση του κλάδου των τηλεπικοινωνιών στην Ελλάδα και την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση κατά τα τελευταία 20 χρόνια, επικεντρώνοντας την προσοχή στις προοπτικές και τις εξελίξεις που σχηματίζουν το τοπίο του κλάδου. Αναφερόμαστε στην εξέλιξη των τεχνολογιών της τηλεπικοινωνίας, την ανάπτυξη της ευρυζωνικότητας, και τις πρωτοβουλίες για την ενίσχυση της ψηφιακής σύνδεσης. Καταγράφουμε τις νομοθετικές παρεμβάσεις που διαμορφώνουν το πλαίσιο λειτουργίας του κλάδου, εξετάζοντας πώς αυτές επηρεάζουν την ανταγωνιστικότητα και την κατανάλωση. Με προσανατολισμό προς το μέλλον, αναλύουμε τις προοπτικές του κλάδου, ειδικά με την είσοδο της τεχνολογίας 5G και τις προκλήσεις που ενδέχεται να προκύψουν. Επισημαίνουμε τις επιδράσεις των τηλεπικοινωνιών σε καθημερινούς τομείς, όπως η εργασία, η εκπαίδευση, και η ψυχαγωγία. Η πτυχιακή εργασία αναδεικνύει τη σημασία του κλάδου των τηλεπικοινωνιών ως κινητήριας δύναμης για την κοινωνική πρόοδο και την οικονομική ανάπτυξη μέσω των απαντήσεων των ερωτώμενων της πρωτογενής έρευνας που υλοποιήθηκε. Τέλος, παρέχει μια βάση για περαιτέρω έρευνα και συζήτηση, ενώ προτείνει προοπτικές για τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη του κλάδου στα επόμενα χρόνια. | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | This thesis offers an in-depth analysis of the telecommunications industry in Greece and the European Union over the last 20 years, focusing attention on the perspectives and developments that shape the landscape of the industry. We refer to the evolution of telecommunication technologies, the development of broadband, and initiatives to strengthen digital connectivity. We document the legislative interventions shaping the industry's operating framework, examining how these affect competitiveness and consumption. Looking ahead, we analyze the outlook for the industry, especially with the entry of 5G technology and the challenges that may arise. We highlight the effects of telecommunications in everyday areas such as work, education, and entertainment. The thesis highlights the importance of the telecommunications industry as a driving force for social progress and economic development through the responses of the respondents of the primary research conducted. Finally, it provides a basis for further research and discussion, while suggesting prospects for the sustainable development of the sector in the coming years. | |
