| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η ανάλυση του κλάδου των Αυγοπαραγωγικών Επιχειρήσεων στην Ελλάδα με τη χρήση αριθμοδεικτών και η σύγκριση των αποτελεσμάτων με τον κλάδο αγροτικών προϊόντων στην Ελλάδα. Στην εργασία παρουσιάζεται ο κλάδος παραγωγής αυγών στην Ελλάδα και στην Ευρώπη. Ακολουθεί ανάλυση των μεγαλύτερων εταιριών του κλάδου με βάση τον κύκλο εργασιών τους, καθώς και η ανάλυση με χρήση αριθμοδεικτών βασισμένοι στα στοιχεία των ισολογισμών και των αποτελεσμάτων χρήσης των εταιρειών. Οι εταιρείες που αναλύονται είναι οι: ΑΒΓΑ ΒΛΑΧΑΚΗ, ΠΤΗΝΟΤΡΟΦΙΚΗ ΙΩΑΝΝΙΝΩΝ Α.Ε. – ΗΠΕΙΡΩΤΙΚΑ ΑΥΓΑ, ΣΚΟΥΡΤΗΣ, Π. Α.Β.Ε.Ε., ΤΣΑΟΥΣΗΣ, Χ. Β. - ΕΥΡΩΠΤΗΝΟΤΡΟΦΙΚΗ, ΑΦΟΙ ΚΥΡΙΑΚΙΔΗ - ΑΥΓΟΔΙΑΤΡΟΦΙΚΗ και ΧΡΥΣΑ ΑΥΓΑ Α.Ε. Στην παρούσα μελέτη φαίνεται ότι υπάρχει σχετικά μεγάλη συγκέντρωση της παραγωγής αφού υπάρχουν 740 επιχειρήσεις παραγωγής αυγών συστηματικής εκτροφής από τις οποίες οι 16 συγκεντρώνουν το 40% της αγοράς. Οι περισσότερες από αυτές είναι καθετοποιημένες μονάδες οι οποίες, εκτός από την παραγωγή αυγών, εκκολάπτουν τους νεοσσούς που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν στην παραγωγή, παρασκευάζουν σε δικές τους εγκαταστάσεις τις τροφές ενώ επεξεργάζονται την κοπριά των ορνίθων για παραγωγή αζωτούχων λιπασμάτων. Σημαντική είναι η χωρική πτηνοτροφία από οικόσιτες όρνιθες σε όλη την Ελλάδα η οποία αποτελεί το 30% της συνολικής παραγωγής αυγών στην Ελλάδα. Επίσης η εγχώρια παραγωγή καλύπτει το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των αναγκών της Ελλάδας (84,8% της ζήτησης). Από την ανάλυση των αριθμοδεικτών προκύπτει ότι πρόκειται για έναν κλάδο με μεγάλη ρευστότητα συγκρινόμενη με τη ρευστότητα του κλάδου της βιομηχανίας αγροτικών προϊόντων. Το περιθώριο κέρδους, τόσο το μικτό όσο και το καθαρό, των περισσότερων επιχειρήσεων είναι πάνω από τον κλάδο που σημαίνει ότι οι επιχειρήσεις μπορούν να πραγματοποιούν κέρδη με χαμηλά κόστη παραγωγής. | el |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The purpose of this thesis is the analysis of the sector of Egg-producing companies in Greece using accounting ratios following the comparison of the results with the sector of agricultural products in Greece. Firstly, the egg production sector in Greece and Europe is presented. Below the analysis of the largest companies in the industry based on their turnover, as well as the analysis using ratios based on the data of the balance sheets and the results of use of the companies follows. The companies that are analyzed below are: AVGA VLACHAKI, PTINOTROFIKI IOANNINON SA – IPIROTIKA AVGA, AVGA SKOURTIS, P. A.B.E.E., AVGA TSAOUSIS - EVROPTINOTROFIKI, KIRIAKIDIS SA- AVGODIATROFIKI and CHRISA AVGA. In this research, it seems that there is a relatively high concentration of production since there are 740 companies producing systematic breeding eggs, of which 16 produce 40% of the whole egg market. Vertical production is implemented by most of the units which, in addition to egg production process, also hatch the laying hens used in the production, produce the hen’s food in their own facilities while processing the manure for the production of nitrogen fertilizers. The egg production of domestic hens in Greece is important, since it constitutes 30% of the total egg production in Greece. Furthermore, Greece’s production covers most of its needs (84.8% of total demand). The analysis of the ratios, shows that this is a sector with high liquidity compared to the liquidity of the agricultural industry. The profit margin, both gross and net, of most companies is above the industry which means that companies can make profits with low production costs. | el |
