| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή πραγματοποιήθηκε με την μορφή ποσοτικής έρευνας, με δομημένο ερωτηματολόγιο. Στόχοι της έρευνας είναι η μελέτη της ανάπτυξης της περιοχής της Πύλου στην Μεσσηνία, καθώς και η εξέλιξη, ανάπτυξη και εκπαίδευση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού σε ότι αφορά την περιοχή αυτή. Η περιοχή της Πύλου, φιλοξενεί αξιοθέατα πολιτιστικού χαρακτήρα, σε συνδυασμό με τον ήλιο και τη θάλασσα και φυσικά με αξιόλογα καταλύματα και ξενοδοχεία όπως το Costa Navarino. Το δείγμα έχει σχέση με άτομα που έχουν επισκεφτεί, διαμείνει ή εργαστεί στην περιοχή αυτή και το ερωτηματολόγιο μοιράστηκε ηλεκτρονικά, με τη βοήθεια της εφαρμογής google forms, κατά την περίοδο του καλοκαιριού το 2022. Συλλέχθηκαν 104 έγκυρα ερωτηματολόγια, τα οποία επεξεργάστηκαν με το στατιστικό πρόγραμμα SPSS 27 STATISTICS, των οποίων τα αποτελέσματα παραθέτονται στο κεφάλαιο 4. | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | This thesis was carried out in the form of quantitative research, with a structured questionnaire. The objectives of the research are the study of the development of the area of Pylos in Messinia, as well as the development, development and training of human resources in this area. The area of Pylos hosts attractions of a cultural nature, combined with the sun and the sea and of course with remarkable accommodations and hotels such as Costa Navarino.
