| dc.description.abstract | Το αντικείμενο της παρούσας μελέτης αναφέρεται σε μια από τις όψεις του λαϊκού πολιτισμού της Σύρου, ενός νησιού που αποτελεί έναν εμβληματικό αστικό πολιτισμό με μεγάλη ιστορία. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, αναφέρεται στο Συριανό λουκούμι το οποίο είναι ένα γλύκισμα της Σύρου όπου είναι ξακουστό σε όλη την Ελλάδα και μπήκε επιτυχώς στην Άυλη Πολιτιστική Κληρονομιά το 2019, όρος ταυτόσημος με τη ζωντανή λαϊκή παράδοση και τη Σύμβαση της UNESCO για τη διαφύλαξή της. Η μελέτη του συριανού λουκουμιού γίνεται στο πλαίσιο της ανάδειξης της επιχειρηματικής αξιοποίησης της άυλης πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς και του πλούτου που μας προσφέρουν τα μέρη της Ελλάδας. Αρχικά λοιπόν, προσδιορίζεται η επιχειρηματική αξιοποίηση ως έννοια και η ανάγκη για επιχειρηματικότητα στα χρόνια της παγκοσμιοποίησης ενώ προσδιορίζονται ορισμένες επιχειρηματικές προτάσεις. Στη συνέχεια δίνεται βάση στην πολιτιστική κληρονομιά και στην αξία της ύπαρξής της καθώς αποτελεί “τα παράσημα” στη στολή της εκάστοτε χώρας, και στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση, της Ελλάδας ενώ ταυτόχρονα γίνεται αναφορά στην οικονομική και κοινωνική αξία που που μπορεί να επιφέρουν τα πολιτιστικά στοιχεία. Επιπροσθέτως γίνεται αναφορά ευρύτερα στη Σύρο και το συριανό λουκούμι ως ένα από τα βασικά προϊόντα του νησιού με σταθερή ανοδική πορεία στην ζήτηση του καθώς και στην επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα στο νησί. Το συριανό λουκούμι μπορείς να το βρεις σε πολλά σημεία της Σύρου καθώς με την ανάπτυξη του νησιού οι λουκουμοποιοί μεταφέρθηκαν σε εργαστήρια στην όψη του λιμανιού και εκεί στεγάζονται μέχρι και σήμερα τα παραδοσιακά λουκουμοποιία. Το γλύκισμα αυτό εμφανίζεται παράλληλα με τη δημιουργία της Ερμούπολης το 1822-23, ερχόμενο μαζί με τους πρόσφυγες από την καταστροφή της Χίου και των Ψαρών. Από τότε αποτελεί το «σήμα κατατεθέν» της Σύρου, καθώς το όνομα του νησιού έχει συνδεθεί άρρηκτα με το προϊόν αυτό και το αντίστροφο | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The subject of this study refers to one of the aspects of the popular culture of Syros, an island that is an emblematic urban culture with a long history. More specifically, it refers to the Syrian loukoumi which is a sweet of Syros where it is famous throughout Greece and successfully entered the Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2019, a term identical to the living folk tradition and the UNESCO Convention for its preservation. The study of the Syrian loukoumi is done in the context of highlighting the business exploitation of the intangible cultural heritage and the wealth that the parts of Greece offer us. Initially, therefore, business exploitation as a concept and the need for entrepreneurship in the years of globalization are identified, while certain business proposals are identified. Then, the cultural heritage and the value of its existence are based on the "decorations" in the uniform of each country, and in this case, Greece, while at the same time reference is made to the economic and social value that cultural elements may bring. In addition, reference is made more widely to Syros and Syros loukoumi as one of the main products of the island with a steady upward trend in its demand as well as in business activity on the island. You can find the Syros loukoumi in many parts of Syros as with the development of the island the loukoumi makers were transferred to workshops on the façade of the port and there are housed until today the traditional doughnut factories. This sweetness appears in parallel with the creation of Ermoupolis in 1822-23, coming with the refugees from the destruction of Chios and Psara. Since then, it is the "trademark" of Syros, as well as the name of the island it has been inextricably linked to this product and vice versa. | |
