| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί μία βιβλιογραφική έρευνα του πεδίου της διαχείρισης κρίσεων στη σχολική μονάδα. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να προσεγγίσει τον ρόλο του σχολικού διευθυντή στον τρόπο διαχείρισης των κρίσεων στη σχολική μονάδα, καθώς και την μελέτη των προτιμότερων τρόπων διαχείρισής τους από το σχολικό πλαίσιο , καθώς και των αναγκαίων ικανοτήτων και χαρακτηριστικών που δύναται να έχει ο διευθυντής της εκάστοτε σχολικής μονάδας, προκειμένου να ανταποκρίνεται αποτελεσματικά στην διαχείριση και αντιμετώπιση ενός ξαφνικού, απροσδόκητου γεγονότος. Αρχικά, προσεγγίζεται ο ορισμός της έννοιας «κρίση» και περιγράφεται η διαδικασία διαχείρισης κρίσεων στη σχολική μονάδα. Στη συνέχεια, υπογραμμίζεται ο στόχος της ομάδας διαχείρισης κρίσεων καθώς και η σημαντικότητα των παρεμβατικών ενεργειών. Έπειτα, αναλύεται η σημασία του ρόλου του διευθυντή στην καρποφόρα λειτουργία και διαχείριση των κρίσεων της σχολικής μονάδας όπως και τα χαρακτηριστικά που οφείλει αυτός να έχει. Τέλος, προβάλλονται οι ερευνητικές μελέτες που έχουν διεξαχθεί πάνω στη διαχείριση κρίσεων στη σχολική μονάδα και τα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας. | |
| dc.description.translatedabstract | The present work constitutes a bibliographic research in the field of crisis management within the school unit. The aim of the study is to approach the role of the school principal in managing crises within the school unit, as well as to examine the preferable ways of managing them within the school context, along with the necessary skills and characteristics that the director of each school unit may possess, in order to effectively respond to the management and handling of a sudden, unexpected event. Initially, the definition of the concept of "crisis" is approached and the process of crisis management in the school unit is described. Subsequently, the goal of the crisis management team is emphasized, as well as the importance of intervention actions. Then, the significance of the director's role in the fruitful operation and management of the crises of the school unit is analyzed, along with the characteristics he/she should have. Finally, the research studies conducted on crisis management in the school unit are presented, along with the research findings. | |
